Bloodstain will release their self-titled debut album, Bloodstain, on September 25, 2026 via Threeman Recordings. Built on classic hard rock and heavy metal foundations, the record brings together sharp riffs, strong hooks, dynamic songwriting and modern production in the Stockholm band’s first full album statement.
Formed in late 2023, Bloodstain have developed quickly across both the studio and the stage. Their growing festival and support experience has become part of the music itself: songs written to carry physical weight, melodic focus and a direct connection with an audience.
The album arrives with a strong endorsement from Sweden Rock Magazine, issue SRM 8/2026. Bloodstain topped the issue’s Soundcheck jury ranking, placing ahead of new releases by Europe, Anthrax, Audrey Horne and others. A separate album review awarded Bloodstain an emphatic 8/10, highlighting its immediate hooks, fierce energy and modern metal weight. The issue also features a dedicated Bloodstain interview by Simon Lundh.
Bloodstain was produced by Alex Hellid, Per Aldeheim and Bloodstain, with co-production and additional arrangements by Stefan Norgren. The band was recorded by Simon Johansson at Solna Sound Production in Stockholm. Vocals, additional guitars, keys, percussion and programming were recorded and engineered by Per Aldeheim at THE Studio in Stockholm. Ronnie Björnström mixed and mastered the album at Björnström Sound in Sundsvall. Björnström also contributed additional production and string and keyboard arrangements to Lies Bleeding Through.
The current line-up is Oskar Lindroos on guitar and lead vocals, Tobias Lindström on guitar and backing vocals, Jonathan Thyberg on bass and backing vocals, and Benjamin Norgren on drums and backing vocals.
The public release-week anchor takes place on September 25 at Bandit Metal Night at Kulturhuset in Stockholm. Bloodstain will perform with support from Thermality, with Richie Puzz of Bandit Rock and Alx Hell of Entombed appearing as DJs. Plans also include a signing and record-focused activities; the final event layout is currently being coordinated with Live Nation, Kulturhuset and Sound Pollution.
The album is planned for digital release as well as CD, cassette and vinyl. Confirmed preorder, format and campaign information will be collected on the dedicated Bloodstain campaign page at Threeman Recordings.

Bloodstain’s Journey So Far
Bloodstain formed in Stockholm in late 2023 and first gained clear momentum with the self-released debut EP I Am Death. Since then, the band have played Sweden Rock Festival, Storsjöyran and Malmöfestivalen in Sweden. Hellfest in Clisson, France, became their first show outside Sweden – a spectacular international debut – followed by Zurbarán Rock in Burgos, Spain. In 2026, Bloodstain released the singles Conspiracy, Something Sinister and Annihilation Line. That journey now leads to the self-titled debut album Bloodstain, out September 25, 2026 via Threeman Recordings.
